Edelweiss323 Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 I can say the achiev. worked for me and many others. It might be a visual bug . I remember the bar wasn't filling as I did quests, but when I finished all of them, it completed and popped. Maybe you missed one quest.
