2. The 2nd part of the description (and victims of your Chains of Ice are immobilized for 3 sec.) the 3s root/immobilized is removed by any damage taken. when it shouldn't.

 

3. The 3s root/immobilized should not break if someone attack the target in chains.

You can't compare 8s roots with 3s roots, its logic that 8s should broke with dmg, but 3s not, also u can read it in the spells description:

Fixed, will be applied after update. Now this ROOT effect has 10% of maximum victim hp damage limit, like other ROOT effects. Blizzlike.
