Well, we can't help about it since you have transferred an character to another account(Wrong account), on retail they have different methods of solving different problems but this is not retail. If the user deleted your rouge, he can restore it with 1 bonus and send it back to you for 200 bonus. But if he doesn't want o do that, i believe that we can't help you with it.... I don't think that there are refunds when you send someone your character....
