Ice Ward (not working)

2. When hitting a mage with Ice Ward it is supposed too Freeze targets within the mage of 10yrds for 5sec. Ice Ward procs randomly! Sometimes it doesn't even freeze within the 30sec. Hard to add proofs off a spell that should proc via screenshot?

3. This spell should proc whenever you're getting attacked by a melee, not 10 days later, not 2 secs later, RIGHT AWAY! and not whenever the spells wants to proc.

6. 10-10 This spell is the thing that make Arcane mages viable, without this spell you could prob just delete the Arcane spec from PandaWoW and only make it do-able in Arenas.
