I was one month without playing and when I lost two characters:

Loveonlane : Orc Warrior lvl 90 full 550

 

I do not know who or how managed to steal my characters but I have to recover them any manager has to help me!

Have you ever give any account info in your friends or anyone else had access to your game account except from you?

Have you ever shared your information with other person than yourself, if so. We do NOT hold any actions made on your account, therefore we cannot help you.

 

However, if you did not share your information--

 

Did u have bonuses on your account before this "accident" ?

 

Check if your characters is in our "search" area.

 

Also, change your account information - E-mail, password. And if you can, attach your phone number to the account, so you have the maximum security.
