We do NOT hold any actions made on your account, therefore we cannot help you. However, if you did not share your information-- Did u have bonuses on your account before this "accident" ? Check if your characters is in our "search" area. Also, change your account information - E-mail, password. And if you can, attach your phone number to the account, so you have the maximum security.
