2. Haste on dk is just making Runes CD lower, increase ur speed attack and make gargole faster casts, but haste is not affecting ghoul attack speed or ghoul Energy regen.

3. Should affect all this, total dk % haste should affect in ghoul energy regen and ghoul attack speed.
