The Cross server may be down due some bug fixes or just simply there's some error with the host / server. Just be patient and wait until its up again, we don't know for how long will it be down. I think that they are aware. - - - Updated - - - But there's a chance that i am wrong so, wait for their answers about the Cross server, I am just guessing what may have happened its not 100% sure.
