Character Damage and Heal bug

1. Nickname: Investicator, all specs druid.

2. version 5.4.8, torrent with pandawow archieve.

3. my character in all specs are bugged, heals and does damage less than usual.

4. i tried to repair, change gems, deleted cache nothing helped.
