We are aware that "Change race" Function has some issues and that it causes the Launcher to crash.

 

We can't do much about it besides to inform the administration about it.

 

There were some other players which have experienced the same issue.

 

Please wait for it to be fixed and wait for GM's answer.

Thank you, good to change the subject you are very ungrateful as for me, this was all a misunderstanding beyond that, "I said Thank you" Because the player put something in English that I at least had a chance to answer :)
