Well, basically, if you want your signature to actually have the original effect and size, you need to be a Staff member so no restrictions/requirements isn't in the way. Otherwise just crop the picture low or make an imgur and link it like mine, people just click on it normally. I'll look towards the stuff u up to in Skype.
