Bugged ability: Earthliving Weapon

 

Bug description: With or without the buff, the shaman's healing remains the same, sometimes even heals less. Numbers are 2k-3k less in heals (instead of 2-3k plus), so priority is low, but in arenas especially in 3v3 can cause to loose the match

 

Priority to fix: 5/10
