Hello, i cant reset my password from my email. I haven't changed my email or password, but i just forgot the password so i wanted to reset it. When i fill the "Forgot Password" Blanks, i don't receive password reset mail. Is there any way to reset my password or email?

P.S: I have played before but 2 years ago. So i came back but my account origins are wrong.

Chars getting delete every 6 months..if u havent log-in with ur pandawow acc for 2 years I am afraid that you lost your chars

My friends' hasn't been deleted.

Are you sure that you are checking the correct email?

 

Since some players use different emails for different games.
