Didn't get Tabard

Problem: Got the [brutally Dedicated] Achievment, but didn't get the [Tabard of Brute Force]

There should be a vendor which is capable of restoring your Tabard of brute force.

Generally, I've noticed Brutally Dedicated and the achievement for the mount is only 1 char per faction per account.

I'm interested to see if what Weegee said works because I'm also interested in this tabard.

Have you already received the Tabard on your another character ?

 

Since i have the achievement earned on "Weegee" and i have tabard there.

 

I also have my Aliance character "Panaccea" and i have the achievement but i don't have the tabard there.

 

I am not sure if you should be able to have the tabard on all of your characters.

 

Also, could you upload the picture via imgur so that we can see it in a better resolution ?

 

And considering that you are playing on xFun and that whenever you create new Character your achievements reset.

 

So i am not sure how it works there. (There's a possibility that you will only receive the tabard on your first character on which you have earned the achievement, but i may be wrong)
