Strange Spherical Stone [Alchemy Quest]

The alchemy quest for the zen alchemist stone does not work.

theres no option to hand in the quest and no npc to hand it in to.

Try to complete the quest with the golden lotus, and turn in Klaxxi. There's a NPC there where you can complete the quest.
