This makes it impossible to heroic leap + fear efficiently as the delayed damage will immediately cancel the fear effect (unless of course you wait for the damage to appear, but I like to do things quickly). How it should work: there should be no delay whatsoever. Priority: 3/10. I'd prefer to rate it higher but I have a feeling people will just complain. 2
