Meaning that you get a 6,4 second cast instead of a 1,6. Also it appears that the procc stacks are irrelevant. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP! This Passive is needed for the Demonology Specc! 1

Affliwara Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 Dude they'll never fix this. ****** Core with 13x stacks don't give instant soulfires, you have to stop cast around 5-6 times then you get 1 instant, like , whats the point of playing Demo if you don't got instant Soulfires, reading on these reports not just for this class and not facing any change is just sad. I bet this server does not even have Devs

I bet this server does not even have Devs Soul fire should never give you an instant cast. It should always stay 50% less mana cost and 50% shorter cast time regardless of the amount stacks you have.
