Issue with the Spell: There isnt any chance to get the double Procc.

 

Since this Spell is the only alternative to Ancestral Swiftness(Ancestral Swiftness) and a good way to deal dmg/to heal for a reasonable amount i hope that the Dev's of this server take it seriously and try to fix it.
