Should not be able to cast Chi Torpedo & Mana Tea while hexed. 4. 14-5-2016 5. Fun 6. 8,5/10, really aids to get follow up cc on Monks when playing with a Shaman, + cc'ing Monks to prevent mana recovery is harder with a Shaman.
