How it should be: It should have 8% chance to proc http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=122351/******-core . Date when tested: 13.5.2016. Priority: 5/10 This is kinda esential because demo casts Soul Fire more often because it has higher damage, but now, its broken again. It use to work properly.
