For people who had the green fire quest when it was bugged cannot do the quest after the fix nor Abandon it to restart the quest is Repeatable

Go to the place where you un learn your Green Fire, there should be a demon near the NPC.

 

Drain the green demon and you will get your green fire.

 

Check wowhead for the NPC's location.
