It seems to be reduced by like 70-75% * Is not affected by PvP power [spoiler=What should happen]* Should only reduce it by 60% *Should only be affected by it once) * Should be affected by pvp power Proof the healing is reduced more than 60%: 60% of 32830 = 19698 32830 - 19698 = 13132 On pandawow it heals only 9600, that's 3k less than it should. BUT!
