Ancestral Swiftness not providing the Haste Buff anymore!

Issue with the Spell: The party Buff which grants 5% Spell Haste and 10% Melee Haste is not working anymore. THIS IS URGENT. The Buff is a Keystone to the Warlock Synergy and in general.
