Ok, i find a way to do it and its visual, tested here with screenshots:

 

Aguante = Stamina = health points (the HP don't increase by adding a 320 stamina in the 2nd gem socked for bracer, so its visual)

http://prntscr.com/bcbrh7 (adding the 240 aguante/stamina gem on bracer)

So, no need to ban for that seems.

I think that it's bannable and if u don't want to get banned u just need to replace the 2nd socket (if not visual) with a random minor gem for example if u are resto shaman use streght gem so it will be useless and it won't give u any advantages in PvP/PvE

 

I really want to see a GM/Moderator answering on this question

I know, I was gonna re-report Hexalite, but the character Hexalite doesn't exist anymore on Fun, so GM will probably just say something like "Player not found."
