Item change after faction change problem:

Dear Support

 

My characters name is Crønus a elemental shaman on the 5.4.8 100x server,i did a faction change from allience dwarf to horde troll and after that my Prideful Gladiator's Footguards of Alacrity has changed to Prideful Gladiator's Footguards of Alacrity and now i can not equip it anymore,can you please assist me.

I suggest you follow the format they give you when making threads in this section - reason being because most of the time, they instantly decline it.

 

When you're referring to items, use wowhead.com to link them so they can quickly find the ID of the item that you would like.
