Got hacked and my lock gear and transmog were deleted + Can't change password

•Describe your problem. Describe your problem very clearly and understandably. When and how the problem occurred? It was yesterday i logged in the game and my lock Fearzxdog had all his gear deleted, his transmog set deleted (one set bought a long time ago on bank was kept), and all conquest points spent in Prideful Gladiator cloaks (which are useless). If you please can check who did this to my account, and refund my items.

•How you tried to solve the problem: I can't change my account password since it's email (which was Gmail) was closed due to violation of ToS some time ago, so someone hacked my account deleted my char and i can´t even change the password...

They're probably not going to do anything - they'll probably just say it's your own fault for sharing account information (even if you didn't); it's in their terms that such events aren't their responsibility.

 

Unless you know who did it/IP. I would've suggested that you check your account's "Last IP:" on the website but I'm going to guess that it's too late. They can still track who logged on your account anyway I think.

 

The best you can get out of this situation is getting the other person banned because I don't think they're bothered to refund anything. I'd also suggest you change you personally message an admin/GM/whatever to manually change your email to another email address. This is all assuming that you can prove that you are the rightful, and original owner of the account. (although again, they can check logs).

 

Same thing happened to me and despite me telling them exactly who did it (lol), they didn't even have the courtesy to reply to me more than once.
