grace , to trace any buff/debuff/proc dont use addons such as ExtraCD or quartz timers , WeakAuras is the BEST option here and u can option it by yourself {icon,dynamic group, proggres shits etc etc , anything , its hard to use but when u learn its one of the best addons so far }
