5% haste pasive talent don't work

i have the same % of haste being with a cham using Ancestral Swiftness than without any cham with me, so 5% for the group don't work.

 

Party members don't gain 5% haste, idk if cham does

U can test it with elem shamy in party (and check spell book in elem - passive 5% haste). Talent only for solo shamy (restor, enh - elem too in stats but elem have aura 5% for group/raid members). Just do it.
