Can't send account bound items within account?

I bought a mage and i can't send myself acc bound stuff on it...

Even if you playing in Fun realm for example and u want to sent something in your char at x100 realm u should be able to sent it since this is how it is on retail

 

So probably it's bugged

You should be able to but not on Pandawow.

 

Since there are probably some other stuff which are account bound and you can get it there for free, then just send it to x100.

You'll be able after server restart (or just after some time passes by), happens everytime you buy a char.
