Rihiawg Posted June 14, 2016 Share Posted June 14, 2016 So i've been grinding like a trooper to get all my mog sets and items, eventually i decide to use void storage, i put all my items in to it then two secs later every item i had is gone.... Deielrion Posted June 14, 2016 Share Posted June 14, 2016 Rather than just telling them to follow the format, you could provide an actual solution... .- @Rihi, just relog. Things such as void storage, armour reforges and item upgrades are often bugged and it appears that they're non-existent. A simple relog will fix this, but make sure the first thing you do when you log on is open your void storage. Although you're not concerned with item upgrades, if you equip and un-equip an item and are phased into a different zone ie a dungeon, then the item upgrade will no longer appear and a relog would be necessary to display it again.
