I have to go to Arcatraz (5-man heroic mode) and find npc named "Millhouse Manastorm". I should speak to him and rescue him. The problem is, I cannot talk to him. He only says "Greetings" while he should speak to me. Technically, NPC doesnt work and I cannot complete quest. 3. I have to rescue this NPC, but he is not doing anything. Date when tested, I've done it 2 times: 2016/06/22 and 2016/06/21 5. Realm x100 6. Mine priority is 10, all I've tried to done these days is this chain, and the last quest ruined everything.
