Cloud Serpent Riding Skill

I recently go the Astral Cloud Serpent. I am exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent and have no remaining quests there. In my general tab on my spell book it lets me know that I may go see my trainer to train cloud serpent riding. I have all of the previous flying licenses including: Wisdom of the Four winds(Flying in Pandaria), and 310% flying speed. I have plenty of gold to buy the license for cloud serpent riding but, it does not appear in the flying trainers. I have tried countless of different trainers to see if it was them itself but it is not the problem. Please help me learn cloud serpent riding so that I may ride cloud serpents. I made 2 tickets and they sent me here, so i'm asking the forums help now.

It's not something you learn from the riding trainer.

 

You need to complete a quest chain which starts from Shrine (in your case, there's a mob underneath shrine which represents the Order of the Cloud Serpent) and then you'll be able to learn how to ride Cloud Serpents.

Getting Cloud Serpent Riding is done by doing quest chain in the Jade Forst.

 

Complete the quests from top the bottom until you recieve your Cloud Serpent Riding.

I'm a wow veteran, i've been playing for 8 years. I know how to get it. I did the whole quest chain at the arboretum, and i'm exalted. You need to train it after you complete the quest for 4,000 gold, or somewhere near that. I have all the requirements it just isn't letting me train it after i've done all the tasks.
