Unable to run WoW

Hi Sorry if this is already been sorted,

 

I've just downloaded the torrent that had the game, sorted the config file and tried to run the game but it's popping up with this message:

 

Data\enUS\locale-enUS.MPQ: Cannot stream required archive data. Please check your network connection. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6250

 

Is there anything that i can do to be able to play?
