WoW Spell Link: Ice Lance VS Fingers of Frost

Bug description: Ice Lance consumes Fingers of Frost when the spell lands on the target, it should consume it at the end of the cast.

Proof:

0:55 to 0:56 . Watch in 0.25 speed.

No:) Im saying that the FOF proc should disapear instantly when you use Ice Lance or Deep Freeze
