Wont let me nick/appearance change

I bought the nick/appearance change on the website and it wont let me change.

The name is free since I can make a new character with the name and I have never seen that error before.

 

If you have to do it manually I just want to remove face markings which is the one at the bottom and change the face to the 3rd one down from the top with the name change to: Imnotzod

 

Let me know when its fixed or what the problem is.

It shouldn't be a donate problem as you can see I have successfully bought the change now its a character/account problem because it does not want to take effect because I also just faction changed my shaman and changed its name to Sinerak.

It is a donate problem because you Bought something and it is working incorrectly, therefore do as Jeger said.
