And the other verision of the cloak, http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=51994, isn't obtainable either since it's a reward from Random Dungeon Rewards for low levels What I need from a GM?: I was hoping to get any of the look-a-like cloaks for my character so I can actually transmog it. It's just a lvl 30 green item, I was hoping it wouldn't be too much to ask for? Since I can't farm the cape due to server bugs.
