Glyph of Flash of Light BUG

Issue with the Spell: It should increase the NEXT healing spell on the target for 7 seconds after using Flash of Light, but it rather increases ALL healing done to the target FOR 7 seconds. That gives Paladins the chance to have a 10% healing increase AT ALL TIME.

 

 

Date tested: 02.08.2016

 

Priority: 10/10. This is way to strong.

I was thinking of a different mechanic. Lucky hpalas I guess tho, makes upp for the retarded slam damage that got reported but never fixed.. Or the 50k burst bleeds

they got reportet and declined because nothing was wrong with these formulas

You only get the buff when you heal yourself, should be any friendly target.
