It should only restore 30k hp. Why ? Simple because its usable in arena & usable with lvl 85 and everything else would make it OP as fuck for everyone 4. 05.08.2016 5. fun 6. 5/10 there are some ppl getting carried by that on high mmr :/. Don't want to imagine that thing with a lvl 85 arena twink lol .. but noone is playing that here so ye its a 5/10 Proofs : some ppl might say its the WOD tooltip but no, the tooltip was also on retail bugged and it healed 30k. That's why noone even touched that item on retail.
