Proof:

*edit it DID break on 5.3, could not find any proof for 5.4

I was googling for a moment and could find different statements.

Fact is that no other "Horror-effect" was breaking on dmg in WoW over all expansions. Blood Horror seems to be an exception ( retail-bug )

 

And this incapable cunt Holinka does not even know it. "All fears/horrors/roots break from some damage."

 

It is schooled as horror therefore should not break if you compare it to all other horror effects.

 

 

Feel free to link a 5.4 one where it breaks aswell.

That's just the theory. It would be logical that it does NOT break. That's why I made a report about it, but it turned out to be a special case I think. ( Retail bug )

There is damage cap like 10% of target HP, after that it should break. The same as fears, roots, etc.
