You need to show it on video and be sure that he/she used it and not someone else.

 

Also, I don't think that there is any rule to ban such violation, for that you need to talk with Shadrissa I guess.

i agree on banning whoever agreed on this idea it's a free private server it's a free game he's a free human being he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants while not restricting the server rules.
