Ok, someone hijacked my account

I changed the password on it some time ago (about a year probably) because i logged in and noticed one of my toons (can provide account toon names for verification of ownership, as well as the account username). i come back after a breal, to play, and turns out the account is completely inaccessible, because the email is changed and i cant reset my password. When i go to send the password recovery email to the email i used for the account, it returns the message "Please fix the following input errors: User with this username or email not found."

 

I spent real money on a bunch of stuff on that account. Please make sure it gets returned. Private account info will only be furnished to authorized STAFF MEMBERS upon request.

 

Upon further research, i found that account "viktor71101" was listed as the receiving party of an attempted transfer of a character, from my account. The same day, i did a password reset thing through email after noticing the email with that notification.

 

Edit: Posting in the section thats denoted for this issue. Its kinda difficult to sort through all the forum sections when the thread titles and forum names are in Russian ... I dont speak Russian, i cant understand Russian.
