Missing Bonus Points / Отсутствующие бонусных очков

Hi,

 

I haven't signed in the game for a couple of days, max 4-5 days and when I got back and wanted to vote for the server as usual, I saw 75-85% of my bonus points are missing, for no reason. I haven't bought anything from the website, no mounts, no items, nothing. I would like to view the history of all my transactions for the last 10-20 days of my bonus points. This is the second time I have a such problem and never complained for my first lost, but if there is a bug or policy confiscation of vote points for no reason I would like to know, because I have been loyal user for the last 2-3 years in this server. Last IP and statistics are the same, no changes.

I hope you will take care professionally of my problem (as you always do) and fix it, so no more people suffer from this kind of weird bugs.

No, the IP and last login info is all mine - my last activity, probably system bug, admins should check this out.

Last login IP is the IP from the person who logged on your in-game account,
