I lost my gameplay

Hey!

I brought my character:Homerito about 2 months ago so it has got the 7 days gameplay.At my last log in i noticed that my characters items are in the bag and my titles and gameplay are missing.I would like to sell the character but I can't because the Gm-s in the game weren't so helpful.I would like my gameplay time back.
