issue: procs on every spell, literally every (http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=36799/mana-gem & http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=31687/summon-water-elemental & http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=42955/conjure-refreshment for instance)

 

what should happen. shouldn't proc on spells that doesnt do damage

 

realm: x100/fun

 

priority: well, it can fuck up ur procs in arena, but i'd say like 5/10. sometimes you forget to make food and then you make it too late, then you have your procs up = no damage in the opener.
