Issue: Does not work in the starting room in arena or before you enter combat

 

What should happen: Soon as you enter arena, Battle Fatigue should instantly apply

Priority: 10/10. Mage can have up to 170k Ice Barrier, Druid hots ticks for 30k+, Shaman hots... etc
