Frozen orb

Problem: Spell after usin that is spawned like 15 yards from u and it has already slow moving, doesnt metter if hits target or not.

How it should work: After use that frozen orb should move pretty fast from u and slows after hits target. Also it should look like frozen orb not some mix from cataclysm where is frostfire orb

Priority: 5/10 well it does dmg like must just mobility of that orb needs to be fixed.
