Silvershard mines never pops !

I have been queuing bg's for 3 days and not even a single time silvershard mines came up. Even my friends said the same thing.

is it disabled or something?

 

 

Because without that BG i cannot complete my legendary quest.

 

and queuing specific bg dosnt work

 

 

Please post here and let me whats going on .
