problem: whenever u get heal u have 15% chance to get proc (nice abuse with divine star, it gives u many times 5 procs only for 1 use :-/) prob it isnt 15% but more than normally. Where did i get it? i did 100x smite on dummy, ive got like 30-35 procs.

How it should work: You have a 15% chance when you Smite or CAST a healing spell. So it doesnt look like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snXzYV14MOk&feature=youtu.be i got there only on 1 use 3x instant :-/

Tested: 26.8.2016 on FUN

Priority: 10/10 It makes priests unkillable
