MD should remove block only not the glyph too at the same time

if block is cancelled / expires and the ice block glyph is active, you are able to MD this too but not both at the same time, either one or the other but never both.

When you md the block you should get the immunity of the glyph but at the moment it will either md the buff with it or not activate the glyph for some reason.
