Please Help Me, Armut's Legendary Cloak

I've been trying since 3 hours but I could not find the solution.[ATTACH=CONFIG]117165[/ATTACH]

 

Everyone knows, [A Test Of Valor].(I don't know the count of the chapter.)

I found at the end of mission.I went to the vendor's valor.I took the Cloak(825 vp) and the task was completed.

At that moment..Suddenly came the "Mission".(instant). I accepted without reading task.

BUT I can't see when I ACCEPTED the quest.(this time, i sold the Cloak, 825 vp came back to me.)

I checked all Wraiths but all clear.No Quest at all of them.

(I repaired Character from website, still same.) WHAT CAN I DO?

When I went to give, my 100 vote bonus gone.. WHY ?

1 year ago I was playing.When I looked yesterday I was standing 108 bonus..idk how it gone.

Have you tried deleting Cache from your wow folder?

now i deleted but still same.. all Wrathions clear. no quest.

Its near the flight master, but the NPC fixe's the quest in case you have Faction Changed.

 

Have you tried to Upgrade an PvE item to 1/4 or 1/2 ?

 

That solved the quest some time ago, maybe it has been changed.

 

But if that doesn't work either then you can try to Drop the quest > repair > delete cache again and then try to complete the quest again.
